Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Custom crochet bags made to your personal specifications (including custom colours, sizes, or personalization) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as these are products made to your individual order.

For ready-made items, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
