Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

We have a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact customer service at info@makafui.eu. If your exchange is accepted, you will be directed on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once your exchange has been received and expected, you will be notified and emailed with a store credit/exchange code to use for your replacement item. Please keep in mind that this process may take approximately 7-10 business days.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 72hrs if your order cannot be exchanged for another product.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email:info@makafui.eu. 

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
